Self-care is one way to reduce the feeling of anxiety, worries and stresses that everyone experiences. Self-care can improve concentration, motivation and can make us feel a lot more happy. Here is a little session that is themed around self-care. This can be done with children, staff, parents or individually as a way to increase awareness and even start good habits.
