Media Cultured and Middlesbrough Council are pleased to invite you to take part in Educate & Unite: Schools Shaping the Future, a fully funded training programme supporting Middlesbrough’s post-riot recovery work. Following the national unrest in 2024, which deeply affected many families across our town, this initiative aims to help schools strengthen resilience, challenge misinformation, and build a greater sense of belonging for all pupils.
As part of this #WeAreMiddlesbrough programme, we are hosting two free staff training days, tailored separately for secondary and primary school staff.
These sessions will introduce practical tools, resources, and approaches to support pupils and build their confidence in tackling the challenges they face in the classroom and beyond
