Our incredible HeadStarters at Highcliffe have successfully completed their HeadStart Bronze award and what an achievement it has been!
- They explored a wide range of vital wellbeing themes, including:
The 5 Ways to Wellbeing - Self-care
- Understanding emotions and flipping your lid
- Resilience
- The power of love and positivity
- Friendships and belonging
- Challenging stigma
- Supporting others with their wellbeing
- Communication, empathy, and safeguarding
Our Year 6 HeadStarters played a key role in assisting with delivery, working towards achieving their Gold Award. They have been fantastic — confidently sharing their knowledge, supporting others, and experiencing what it feels like to stand up and present in front of their peers.
It has been truly admirable to watch their confidence grow and to see pupils feel motivated, inspired, and empowered to become amazing health champions.
So proud of every single one of them!
