Mental Health Awareness Week is starting 11th May, and we’d love for you to be part of it!
We’ve recently gone live with a dedicated page to all things MH Awareness on our website, with a wide range of resources from ourselves, the Mental Health Foundation, and Public Health South Tees to make sure we’re all prepped to help raising awareness on Mental Health.
To showcase the Network’s offer and ask for MH Awareness Week, we held a briefing on Thursday 30th April. The presentation slides can be found on our resources page linked above, and briefing recording can be viewed below.
Help us promote Mental Health Awareness
This year, we’re especially keen to see people thinking outside the box. Your activity doesn’t have to be traditional; Whether it’s a creative workshop, a walk-and-talk, a team check-in, or anything promoting mental health and wellbeing, we want to hear about it!
Share your activity for 11–17 May, or make a simple pledge to improve your wellbeing and someone else’s too.
We’ll be highlighting your activities and pledges across our social media channels to inspire others and celebrate the incredible work happening across our network.
Let’s work together to make this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week a good one!
With hope and trust in a good response from our network community.
