Dear SOG member
As I step back from my role as Deputy Director for Children and Young Peoples Transformation at the ICB I wanted to share with you our celebration document from the network and our refreshed website that will enable ongoing access to some of our historic work – Child Health and Wellbeing Network.
It’s a great way to share some of the many achievements that we as a network community have achieved – all have you have been a fundamental part of that for which we thank you.
Whilst there is a strong foundation in place – demonstrated through the Strategic Oversight Group and our wider Network – there is a real risk that progress, visibility and system connectivity for CYP could be diluted without continued focus and ownership.
With that in mind and as set out in the attached celebration document, I would hope for continued commitment to the community and principles established through the Network – to maintain this system-wide collaboration and work to the agreed alliance principles to promote CYP across our region.
I hope you feel able to make that commitment and I wish you all the best in continuing to serve the children and young people of our region.

With thanks and fond wishes to you all as I step into my retirement.
Best wishes
Heather
