MELVA is an award-winning, creative, digital media programme, improving children and young people’s knowledge and understanding of mental health and wellbeing, and teaching practical self-management techniques.
MELVA provides a user-friendly, early intervention and prevention whole school approach, designed to be used by schools with primary school aged children, and older students in specialist settings.
So far MELVA has helped thousands of children develop better emotional understanding, resilience, and the confidence to talk openly about their feelings, and is currently in over 130 schools across the North.
